1. Acceptance of Terms

Deposits are credited to your rk8888 PKR wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. rk8888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the name on the payment method must match the name registered on your rk8888 account.

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records on rk8888 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). rk8888 does not apply a currency conversion fee because PKR is the platform's native and only currency for Pakistan accounts. USDT deposits are available on rk8888 and are converted to PKR at the prevailing rk8888 exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

rk8888 offers a range of PKR bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players. All rk8888 bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of offer:

Cockfighting outcomes are determined by the results declared by the arena operator. rk8888 accepts no responsibility for any dispute arising from the conduct of the physical event. All Cockfighting bets on rk8888 are settled based on the declared result within the settlement window stated for each match. Draw outcomes, where declared, are settled according to rk8888's published Cockfighting draw rules.

7. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

rk8888 is not liable for any loss of PKR winnings, loss of profit, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from: (a) internet or network disruptions beyond rk8888's control; (b) Pakistan mobile network or payment provider outages affecting deposit or withdrawal processing; (c) force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or civil unrest; (d) any player's own failure to safeguard their rk8888 account credentials.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

rk8888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete rk8888 KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• A chargeback or payment dispute filed against rk8888 by the player or by their Pakistan payment provider.

In the event of account closure for breach of these Terms, rk8888 may withhold the player's PKR balance pending investigation. 12. Dispute Resolution
